A letter from President Sara:

“Fellow members,

First of all, I truly want to apologize for cancelling the Farmers Market Outing at the very last minute due to the thunderstorm/rain. I knew you all were looking forward to it, so was I. Blame Mother Nature for the lousy weather 🙂 Those who did not receive a notice from us, I also apologize. In case any member does not receive a notice directly from us, I strongly encourage you all to sign up for chicagodeafblind.org. That way everyone can get email updates for any meeting or outing cancellation in the future. Please subscribe to chicagodeafblind.org for email updates as soon as possible. Thank you.”
