Upcoming Valine’s Day Party! – February 9, 2019
By Jeffrey Bohrman, Ph.D.
I’m writing this us before the historic bitter cold weather hits us tomorrow, Wednesday, January 30, 2019 with record breaking low temps which will keep us well under the freezing point until Saturday or Sunday. I most sincerely hope that all of you have taken measures to keep yourself warm and safe in the comfort of your home. Do not try to venture out if you can’t help it – if you have any appointments, it is highly suggested that you reschedule to a later date which I have done personally myself.
Now, let’s look into better side of life…we have exciting plans for our upcoming Valentine’s Part on Saturday, February 9, 2019 B sure to have something in red on you – perhaps a ribbon, a piece of red paper pinned to your top or even red stone ring, etc. so you won’t get pinched! But for the low vision DeafBlind folks, it would be most appreciated if you do not wear all red top since the color red often hurt the eyes. Thanks! WE will have delicious hot lunch for all of you but in order to get ENOUGH food to feel all, please send your RSVP to Mindy J. Mayer no later than Thursday, February 7th at noon by email, phone call, VP or even fax. Her email address is below:
We have a surprise and fun an old-time game planned for all of us to play after lunch WE know you will all enjoy playing this game and have many laughter’s going on.
